Dr Trifon Lainas and Dr Ioannis Sfontouris participated at the Fertility Summit "Advancing the Science with a patient-focused vision", which took place in Dublin, on 2-3 December 2011. The conference was attended by a limited number of distinguished specialists with world-wide recognition in the field of Assisted Reproduction. New clinical and embryological developments in IVF were presented, and new principles for the treatment of complications like ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) were extensively discussed.

Once more, we found ourselves in the centre of developments based on our already published research, and we actively contributed in the establishment of strategies that will affect the future of OHSS prevention and treatment.
