There are cases of infertility in which either the men or the women can be treated through reproductive surgery.

Surgical operation in women can be done to correct pathological conditions of the cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and peritoneum. Most of them are currently carried out through hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery.

In men, the operations that are usually performed, are related to infertility problems associated with sperm production.
