Dr. G.Lainas has an active part in ESHRE, as he is a member in two guidance groups: a) GDG on Ovarian Stimulation in IVF/ICSI and b) ART Clinical Performance Indicators.
The first one is in charge of the guideline development group of ovarian stimulation. This group consists of 15 members and all of them are researchers with a range of scientific work, professors in major European universities and world-class figures in IVF and reproductive endocrinology.
Eugonia has permanent collaboration with other Universities in Greece and abroad, in order to perform pioneering researches which will improve the clinical outcomes.
These Faculties are: Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Nottingham, University of New South Wales, Barts and the London NHS Trust,
Dr G. Lainas was elected for the first time as Junior Deputy of Special Interest Group of Reproductive Endocrinology of ESHRE in 2015 , while he holds the post of Senior Deputy since 2017. This is a unique post of global exposure offered to internationally acclaimed scientists and clinicians, who steer the developments of Reproductive Medicine at an international scale.
