Georgia Stavropoulou was born in Arta, graduated from the Department of Midwifery at the TEI of Thessaloniki in 1990 and worked for 5 years as a nurse and midwife in private clinics in Athens. She has also worked on digital angiography.

She served as theatre midwife at “Lito” Maternity hospital for two years, and subsequently took the position of Head Midwive at Eugonia in 1995.

During this period, she has participated actively in Eugonia’s research work, attended many conferences, is the co-writer of many publications in scientific journals.

She is also Quality Management Director of the Unit.
